Returns & Refunds

You can cancel a purchase from the date we confirm your order has been dispatched. If the products have been received, then you have 14 days to cancel, starting from the day after you receive the products, including weekends and public holidays.

Where you wish to cancel purchasing the products which we has already been delivered to you, then you should return them to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days.  A refund will be given to you no later than 14 calendar days after the day we receive the returned products. Please ensure to add tracking to ensure we receive the products. 

If you cancel your order because you've changed your mind, then please note that you will still have to pay the costs for returning the products that have already been dispatched to you.

Damaged goods

If you receive the products and they are damaged, or they don’t resemble the description given at the time of the sale, then please return them no later than 21 days after receiving them. We will offer you an exchange, or refund in full, after we have received the returned products back from you. In the event of damaged goods, or products that do not resemble the description stated at the time of sale, we will pay for the additional postage costs.
